Hourly Rate: Walton Law Office charges an hourly rate in some family law and civil cases. A retainer is usually required.

Contingency Fee: Walton Law Office would be paid based upon a percentage of what the client collects. A contingency fee is usually charged in personal injury cases, collections matters and equitable distribution cases.
